MILLIKEN STATE PARK & HARBOR

The Recreation Passport is required for vehicle access to state parks and recreation areas, state-managed boating access sites, state forest campgrounds, thousands of miles of trails and other outdoor spaces – all year long! Harbor: Check-in for harbor arrivals start at 1 p.m. and checkout is 11 a.m.
Quiet hours: 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.; Registration office: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Memorial Day-Labor Day).

You may not possess or consume an alcoholic beverage at any time in the park (unless the park manager has granted written authorization through an event permit).

Tree killers could be just one bundle of firewood away. Invasive insects and diseases have destroyed MILLIONS OF TREES in Michigan – often after hitching a ride on firewood.

Hauling firewood, even a short distance, from one part of the state to another is a common way for these invasive species to infest new locations. Please purchase only certified heat-treated firewood sold in state parks, local stores and roadside stands.
